Cost & Registration for YXL West 2025

Register:

1. Complete the Household registration form. You only need to do this once per household.
2. After completing the form you will receive links to register each student, adult or guest in your household.
3. Sign the release forms:
   • Silver Cliff Ranch Release Form
   • YXL Release Form

Pay

Registration Fees

• Student – $605 before May 1; $630 on May 1 or after
• Counselor – $420
• First Time Churches – please contact the registrar about our discount for first-time churches.
• Multi-Child Discount – $25 discount for multiple children from the same family

Cancellations

You can cancel your registration up through June 30th and receive a refund of all but $50 of your registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after June 30th.

Make checks payable to “Christ Presbyterian Church Tulsa”. Write “YXL” in the memo.

You will not qualify for the early registration rate unless your payment is postmarked by April 30.

Pay Online

Online payment is by Paypal. They charge a 3.5% processing fee for all credit card payments, which is included in the online payment cost. Paypal fees are nonrefundable if registration is later canceled.
